Liz Wallace
Every good transaction has someone like Liz behind it.
Liz Wallace brings a personal approach to real estate, grounded in her appreciation for New Orleans and the character of its neighborhoods. She has called the city home since 2008, and she knows what makes each pocket of it different. With two years in the industry, she has built her business around real relationships and a level of service that is both personal and purposeful.
With an emphasis on attentive service, honest counsel, and an eye for detail, Liz takes the time to understand not only what her clients are looking for, but why. She believes the right property is about more than its address. It is about how a place fits into a client's life and what they want next.
Whether buying, selling, or leasing, clients can expect polished, attentive service at every stage. Liz approaches each relationship with discretion and care, combining local market knowledge with the global reach of Crescent Sotheby's International Realty.
Her approach is simple: listen closely, advise thoughtfully, and make every move with purpose.
What Liz handles, specifically.
So you always know who to ask.
Deadlines and dates
Liz tracks every date in your contract. Inspection, financing, appraisal, title, the act of sale. You hear from her before a deadline, not after one passes.
Documents and signatures
She prepares the paperwork, sends it out for signature, and keeps the executed copies somewhere you can actually find them. Everything arrives by email with what you need to do written at the top.
Scheduling and access
Showings, inspections, appraisals, the final walkthrough, and the act of sale. Liz coordinates the calendars so you are not the one chasing three schedules.
Staying in touch
Liz is as available to you as I am. Call her, text her, or email her directly and you get a real answer from someone who already knows your file. Nothing has to route through me first.
Vendors and coordination
Photographers, stagers, inspectors, title. Liz keeps them scheduled, briefed on your house, and pointed at the same deadline.
